5.1 Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Australia, and the Philippines from Edinburgh, United Kingdom. If you are based outside these countries, please email contact@lospintadosfightwear.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

5.2 Processing times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). During launches, sales, and busy periods, processing may take up to 5 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

5.3 Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are guidance only and start from the date of dispatch. They do not include time spent in customs, which can add 3 to 10 working days for some destinations.

5.4 Import duties, taxes and customs fees

Important — international orders

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are NOT included in the price you pay us and are your responsibility. They are typically collected by the courier or postal service before delivery. If you refuse to pay them, the parcel may be returned to us or destroyed; in either case we cannot offer a full refund.

Typical charges by destination (for guidance only — please check current rates):

Philippines: import duty around 15% plus 12% VAT, depending on declared value and HS classification. De minimis around PHP 10,000.

Australia: no duty under A$1,000. GST 10% may apply on parcels over A$1,000.

We ship on Delivered At Place (DAP) terms. We declare the full commercial value on the customs declaration as required by law. We cannot mark parcels as 'gift' or under-declare value.

5.5 Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. International parcels can take 24 to 48 hours to show movement after dispatch. If your tracking has not been updated for more than 7 days, email contact@lospintadosfightwear.com and we will investigate.

5.6 Address accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost and our return-handling fee.

5.7 Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within the maximum delivery estimate plus a 14-day grace period for international orders (or 7 days for UK), email contact@lospintadosfightwear.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or refund. Carriers usually require us to wait until they confirm loss before we can act — typically 15 to 21 working days from dispatch for international shipment
