2.1 Who we are
Los Pintados Fightwear (a trading name of Arthur Lyle Aves Sagge, a sole trader based at Office 483, 18 Young St, UNIT LGE, Edinburgh, EH2 4JB, Scotland, United Kingdom, United Kingdom) is the data controller for the personal data we collect about you. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC164894 .

2.2 The personal data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data about you:
Identity and contact data: your name, email address, billing and delivery addresses, and (optionally) telephone number.
Transaction data: details of products you have purchased, your order history, and payment confirmations. (Your full payment card details are processed by our payment provider; we do not see or store them.)
Technical data: your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and information about your visit to our Site (collected via cookies — see our Cookie Policy).
Marketing data: your preferences for receiving marketing communications from us, and your responses to marketing campaigns.
Communications data: messages you send us via email, contact forms, or social media.
2.3 Why we use your data and our legal basis
Under UK GDPR we may only use your personal data where we have a lawful basis to do so. We rely on the following bases:
Performance of a contract: to process and deliver your order, communicate about your order, and handle returns and refunds.
Legitimate interests: to improve our products and Site, to prevent fraud and unauthorised access, and to send service-related communications.
Legal obligation: to comply with our tax, accounting, and consumer-protection obligations (for example, retaining transaction records for 6 years for HMRC).

2.4 Who we share your data with
We share your personal data only with the following categories of recipient, and only to the extent necessary:
Squarespace, our e-commerce platform provider, which hosts the Site and processes order information.
Our payment processor (Stripe and/or PayPal) which handles payment authorisation.
Shipping carriers (such as Royal Mail and DHL) which need your delivery address and contact details to deliver your order.
Our accounting software provider (Xero), for tax and bookkeeping purposes.
Our bank, Wise, to receive payments and manage receivables.
HMRC, where required by law (for example, for VAT records).
Legal and professional advisers, where required.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not share it with third-party advertisers for their independent use.
2.5 International transfers
Some of our service providers (including Squarespace and our analytics providers) are based outside the United Kingdom. Where we transfer your data outside the UK we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or a country adequacy decision.
2.6 How long we keep your data
Order and transaction records: 6 years from the end of the relevant tax year (HMRC requirement).
Customer account data: for as long as your account is active, plus 12 months after closure.
Marketing preferences and email list: until you unsubscribe, or 24 months of inactivity.
Customer support communications: 24 months from last contact.
Website analytics: aggregated and anonymised after 14 months.
2.7 Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you.
Have inaccurate data corrected.
Have your data erased ('right to be forgotten'), subject to legal and operational limits.
Restrict or object to certain uses of your data.
Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

2.8 Marketing communications
We will only send you marketing emails if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing contact@lospintadosfightwear.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop you receiving transactional emails (such as order confirmations and shipping updates), which are necessary to perform our contract with you.
