4.1 Summary

We want you to love your Los Pintados Fightwear. If something is not right, we are here to help. You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn, tagged items for a full refund. If your item is faulty, you have additional rights under UK consumer law.

4.2 14-day cooling-off period (UK and EU customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to tell us you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the items back.

4.3 Items we cannot accept back

Hygiene exception

Because rashguards and other compression apparel are worn directly against the skin, we cannot accept the return of any garment that has been worn, washed, or shows signs of use. This includes (but is not limited to): visible perspiration marks, deodorant or makeup transfer, skin oils, hair, or pet hair. This is consistent with the hygiene exception in Regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

In addition, we cannot accept returns of:

• Items returned without their original tags and packaging.

• Customised or personalised items (for example, name customisation or team designs).

• Gift cards or vouchers.

• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

4.4 How to return an item

• Email contact@lospintadosfightwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the reason for return.

• We will reply within 2 working days with a return authorisation and the return address.

• Package the item securely with all original tags and packaging, and include a printed copy of the email.

• Send the item back via a tracked service. We recommend tracked shipping because we cannot refund items that do not arrive.

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except where the item is faulty or we made an error.

4.5 Refunds

• We will inspect the returned item within 5 working days of receipt.

• If the return is accepted, we will refund the price you paid plus the standard outbound delivery cost (the cheapest delivery option available at the time of your order).

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of acceptance. Your bank may take up to 5 additional working days to display the credit.

• If the item has been worn, washed, or returned without tags, we may reduce the refund by an amount to reflect the loss of value, or refuse the refund and return the item to you at your cost.

4.6 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or design, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is faster than processing an exchange and ensures the new item is in stock.

4.7 Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered:

• Contact us at contact@lospintadosfightwear.com within 30 days of receipt with photos of the issue.

• We will respond within 2 working days.

• If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a free return and provide a replacement, repair, or full refund (including original delivery cost and return shipping).

• After 30 days but within 6 months we will offer a repair or replacement; if neither is possible, a refund.

4.8 International returns

Customers outside the UK may return items under the same terms. Please mark the customs declaration on your return clearly as 'Returned goods — no commercial value' to avoid being charged UK import duty. Use a tracked service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

4.9 Pre-orders and made-to-order items

Pre-orders and made-to-order designs are subject to the same 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery (not the date of order). However, because they are produced specifically for you, we may take longer to refund custom design costs if the design has already been produced. We will tell you at the point of order if this applies.
